Come join the summer fun! Camps are a great opportunity to build theater skills while having a blast. Never participated in theater? Great! Been in lots of shows? Terrific! Our goal is to provide a safe, loving environment to allow the development of character through acting, singing, dancing & games. We endeavor to foster an atmosphere that encourages a sense of belonging & promotes training to recognize, honor & acknowledge the gifts in each camper.
We welcome you to become part of the NYT family. Whether you have been involved in theater for many years, or are completely new to it, join us. This is a place where wonderful friendships are formed, not just with the kids, but between parents and families, as well. Whether chatting while dropping off and picking up students, working behind the scenes on another successful show, or attending a fundraiser, you will meet other families that have the same goal: to provide a quality, wholesome, Christian theater arts environment for their children. Plus, we have a really good time together!
What People Are Saying About NYT
NYT is our second family. We love their reliance on God’s vision, their heart for missions, their openness and willingness to give to the community through productions, and their enthusiasm to educate kids in the arts and in their relationship with God. With every production we gain new relationships with so many wonderful families. My kids have made close friendships and have grown in the talents God has given them because of the time we’ve invested in NYT. So worth it!
I can’t recommend this program highly enough. From the staff to the kids themselves (and parents, too!), everyone is exceptionally dedicated to bringing out the best in each student. Your child will be encouraged, strengthened, and lifted up, while receiving extraordinary training in voice, dance, and acting.
If your child is outgoing, it’s perfect. If your child is an introvert, it’s perfect. If you want a truly Christ-centered, Christ honoring extra curricular activity for your child, it’s perfect. If you want a place the whole family can be involved, it’s perfect.
The directors and staff are the BEST in the area and truly live a Godly example for the kids. They love the kids and they love what they do.
The only drawback about NYT is that shows have to end and you are left missing your NYT family until the next show starts.
