Come learn the skills needed for a great audition in drama, voice and movement. Students will learn how to properly present themselves in a monologue, how to choose a the correct song which compliments their voice, how and when to prepare for their audition and MUCH MORE! This workshop is for new and seasoned students alike. The teen group will focus on more advanced aspects of auditioning for theater veterans. But don’t worry, if you are a teen new to musical theater, you will easily learn lots of great tips on auditioning.
Parents, while your kids are enjoying the workshop, you are invited to attend a parent meeting to help you guide your child in preparing for their audition. We will also present additional information about our organization. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and well-equipped to begin the production process! This parent information meeting will be especially beneficial to newer theater parents as it will detail some of the most frequently asked questions to help you get started.
We look forward to seeing you there!
