NYT is hosting an audition workshop for students ages 8-19!
Come learn from directors the skills needed for a great audition in drama, voice and movement. Students will learn how to properly present themselves in a monologue, how to properly choose a good song to compliment their voice, how and when to prepare for their audition and MUCH MORE! This workshop is for new and seasoned students alike.
Parents, you are invited to attend a parent workshop to help you guide your child in preparing for their auditions, as well as information on our organization so you will feel comfortable and well equipped to begin the production process! This parent information workshop will be especially beneficial to newer theater parents as it will detail some of the most frequently asked questions to help you get started.
This workshop will be held Tuesday, September 5, 2017 from 5:30-7:30 P.M at Wildwood Methodist Church, 8911 FM 1488 Magnolia, TX. The cost to attend is $10 per child for a max of $25 for three children or more. Parents may attend for free.
